Setterwalls has advised the shareholders of Planima in connection with investment by Monterro

Setterwalls has advised the shareholders of Planima in connection with a divestment of the majority of the shares to Monterro.

Planima is a Swedish software company which provides a platform for strategic property maintenance helping property owners care for their buildings, improve predictability, reduce costs and achieve clear sustainability gains. Since its founding in 2015, Planima has grown both rapidly and profitably and the platform is currently used for approximately 15,000 properties owned by 5,000 property owners. The company currently consists of 26 employees based in Gothenburg.

Following the investment, Monterro controls a majority of the shares and votes in Planima but a majority of the previous shareholders continues to hold shares and will further continue to be active in the company.
