Setterwalls has advised ViaCon in its acquisition of all shares in Tubosider (United Kingdom) Limited

ViaCon Group has through ViaCon International AB (below “ViaCon International”) acquired all of the shares in Tubosider (United Kingdom) Limited (below “Tubosider UK”) – a leading manufacturer and supplier of corrugated steel solutions for StormWater management systems in the United Kingdom.

On 1 December 2021, ViaCon International acceded as new owner to all of the shares in Tubosider UK, which was acquired from the Italian parent company Tubosider S.p.A. The brittish company was founded in 1987 and is the leading manufacturer and supplier of corrugated steel solutions for StormWater Management systems in the UK and Irish markets.
