Setterwalls has assisted 3stepIT in connection with the acquisition of LeaseCloud, a Fintech start-up that has developed and provides a cloud-based platform for digitalisation and standardisation of leasing agreements.

LeaseCloud, with headquarters in Stockholm, provides a cloud-based platform for digitisation and standardisation of IT equipment leases to micro companies (less than ten employees). LeaseCloud’s cloud-based platform has enabled approximately 2,300 customers to streamline and simplify their IT equipment leasing processes.

3stepIT focuses on circular IT and helps companies reduce both costs and carbon footprint by implementing end-to-end solutions ranging from sourcing and asset management to IT equipment repossession. Founded in 1997, the company currently has over 450 employees in eight countries.

By integrating LeaseCloud’s platform into its existing operations, 3stepIT is strengthening its offering for small and medium-sized companies.
