Hanna is a Senior Associate and member of the Swedish Bar Association in Setterwalls’ IP/Tech group
Hanna specialises in IT and technology law, with a focus on core IT law, commercial contracts and data protection, as well as digital regulatory compliance matters such as AI and cybersecurity. She regularly advises Swedish and international companies on business-critical and complex projects within these areas, and on general and commercial contract law matters.
The clients range from large corporations to start-ups. She drafts and negotiates agreements and assists clients with outsourcing transactions, SaaS solutions and the procurement of IT systems. She also represents clients in disputes within the IT sector.
In addition, Hanna advises on the transfer and licensing of technology, know-how and intellectual property rights.
