Setterwalls has assisted Doktor.se in connection with the acquisition of Doktor24.

Doktor.se provides digiphysical care in Sweden and operates around 25 physical care centres in Sweden with around 220,000 listed patients. A significant part of the company’s revenue is generated by physical care, and in 2023 revenue increased from SEK 1.1 to 1.4 billion.

Doktor24 was founded in 2017 and is a digiphysical healthcare provider with approximately 1.2 million registered users in its digital service and, through its collaboration with Apoteket, approximately 70 physical units around the country with a large vaccination business. The company had a total turnover of SEK 238 million in 2023.

The transaction is, inter alia, subject to approval by the Swedish Competition Authority and the Inspectorate of Strategic Products.
