Setterwalls has assisted Nalka Invest in connection with an investment in Prototal Industries AB. Prototal is a service provider within 3D printing and injection moulding for the production of prototypes and low volume product series of various plastic components.

The foundation for Prototal was laid within the Electrolux group, which was first in Europe to provide a 3D printer already in 1988. Prototal has a broad customer base, from smaller start-ups to large Nordic industrial companies in several different business areas, including medical technology, vehicles, aeromechanics and industrial machinery. The company operates a flexible production model which includes several different technologies and also manufactures unique aluminum moulding tools for many customers. Prototal has 175 employees and four production facilities in Scandinavia, located in Jönköping, Ystad, Götene and Levanger. The main office is located in Jönköping and the company also has a sales office in Oslo.
