Setterwalls has assisted Nordic Lift AB in further broadening its operations towards the accessibility-adapted elevator segment by acquiring all shares in Globus TT AB.

On 14th of April 2021, Nordic Lift AB acquiried all shares in Globus TT AB. Globus TT AB, headquartered in Svalsta outside Nyköping, is a leading elevator supplier, primarily in accessibility-adapted platform and stair lifts. With the acquisition, Nordic Lift AB broadens its operations and its geographical presence in the market.

Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor for Nordic Lift AB throughout the transaction process.
