Setterwalls has assisted PEQ Invest and the other shareholders in connection with the divestment of Tecomatic to IK Partners.

Tecomatic is a specialist in protecting critical infrastructure and purifying marine environments by offering comprehensive solutions for water treatment and erosion control.

PEQ Invest is a private equity firm focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises in Sweden. PEQ Invest has been the majority owner of Tecomatic since 2020, when Järven Ecotech was acquired and subsequently merged with Tecomatic in 2022. Since PEQ Invest’s acquisition of Tecomatic, the company’s revenue has increased by over 400 percent.
