Setterwalls has assisted PEQ Invest AB (“PEQ Invest”) in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Veddestagruppen AB (“Veddestagruppen”).

PEQ Invest AB has on the 29 March 2018 acquired all shares in Vedddestagruppen. Veddestagruppen is a group which offers logistic services and HR services, as well as comprehensive solutions and specific services that simplify, streamline and quality assures business supporting processes in aftermarket logistics.
