Setterwalls has assisted Rejlers in connection with the acquisition of Geosigma

Setterwalls has assisted Rejlers Sverige AB, a subsidiary of Rejlers AB (publ), in connection with the acquisition of the Swedish technical consultancy company Geosigma Holding AB.

The acquisition encompassed all outstanding shares in Geosigma in an all-cash transaction, amounting to approximately SEK 172 million. Geosigma is mainly known for its leading competence within rock engineering, hydrogeology and soil contamination but has also established market positions within geotechnical engineering, structural engineering for buildings and infrastructure as well as land, road, water and sewage project design.
