Setterwalls has assisted SEB Private Equity with an investment in Sesol AB

Setterwalls has assisted SEB Private Equity with the acquisition of a minority stake in the solar cell company Sesol AB.

Sesol is a turnkey supplier 0f photovaltic systems and has since the start in 2019 become one of Sweden’s fastest growing solar cell companies. Sesol currently has about 500 employees and handles solar cell installations for large companies, housing associations, agriculture, and individual homeowners.
