Setterwalls has assisted Standout Capital in connection with an investment in Kund-o AB

Setterwalls has assisted Standout Capital in connection with an investment amounting to approx. MSEK 50 in Kund-o AB. The investment was carried out through a subscription of newly issued shares and an acquisition of shares from existing shareholders. Through the investment, Standout Capital becomes the largest shareholder in Kund-o AB.

Kund-o AB was founded in 2009 and today the company has 45 employees, and offices in Stockholm and Oslo. The company’s revenue for 2019 amounted to approximately MSEK 57, which is more than double compared to the revenue for 2018. Kund-o AB offers could based customer service tools and has customers such as Arla, SVT and Apoteket.

Standout Capital is a Stockholm-based private equity firm investing in growing Nordic tech companies. The fund size is approx. SEK 1 billion.

Setterwalls team consisted of Anders Söderlind, Willy Edholm Fjellstad, Martin Aronsson (M&A), Oscar Campos (IP/Tech) and Stina Eriksson (Real estate).
