Svanen Fastigheter har purchased a number of portfolios containing 200+ rental apartments, divided between 39 differens buildings and real properties. Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel to Svanen Fastigheter in all acquisitions, including negotiations regarding JV-structures and property development matters after executed acquisitions.
