Setterwalls has assisted the Swedish e-Health company Doktor.se in the negotiations of a platform agreement with Belgium’s largest telecom operator Proximus

Setterwalls has assisted Doktor.se in the negotiations of an agreement regarding outlicensing and provision of the company’s technical platform to Belgium’s main telecom operator Proximus. This deal is a significant event on the market and will result in Doktor.se providing its technical platform for Proximus’ upcoming launch of its digital health service Doktr on the Belgian market, which is the first major initiative on digital health transformation in Belgium.

Doktor.se is one of the leading e-Health providers in Sweden with a significant healthcare operation on the Swedish market. In addition, Doktor.se licenses and provides its technical platform in co-operations with actors on other markets. Proximus is the larges telecom operator in Belgium with an annual revenue of approximately 5,5 billion EUR.
