I am a partner in the Stockholm banking and finance practice group primarily working with various types of domestic as well as cross-border debt financing matters.

My practice includes advising clients such as banks and financial institutions, industrial companies, real estate companies, issuers, arrangers and private equity houses on domestic as well as cross-border transactions such as acquisitions and leveraged finance, real estate finance, investment grade and project financing. My work also covers structured finance, securitisations, asset backed finance and restructurings as well as debt capital market transactions, including domestic and international bond offerings.
