Setterwalls acted as Swedish counsel to the global patient satisfaction survey specialist Press Ganey in the acquisition from EQT Private Equity and Verdane, of Forsta, a leading global provider of customer experience and market research technology.

US health care group Press Ganey, leader in patient, member, employee and consumer experience across the healthcare ecosystem has acquired Forsta, a leading global provider of market research, customer experience and employee experience technology with operations also in Sweden. The acquisition will accelerate product innovation, especially in the areas of AI, data visualization and qualitative research.

Combined, Press Ganey and Forsta have now more than 3,000 employees serving thousands of customers, including Fortune 500 companies and providers of healthcare systems, throughout the North America, EMEA (Europe-Middle East-Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific) regions.
