Setterwalls has advised BRK Invest on the divestment of Tage Rejmes Group’s truck business to Bilia
Setterwalls acted as legal advisor to BRK Invest on the divestment of BRK Lastvagnar Holding AB with its subsidiaries Tage Rejmes Lastvagnar AB and Tage Rejmes i Örebro Lastvagnar AB, including the Tage Rejmes Group’s truck business, to Bilia.
Tage Rejmes’ truck business offers sales and service, including related services, for Volvo Trucks. The companies operate a total of nine facilities in central Sweden and have approximately 180 employees.
Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to BRK Invest throughout the entire process.
