Setterwalls has advised the owners of Evolve Technology Sweden AB in their divestment of all shares in the company to AFRY Group Sweden AB

Setterwalls has advised Qamcom Technology Holding AB and the further owners of Evolve Technology Sweden AB (“Evolve”) in their divestment of all shares in the company to AFRY Group Sweden AB (“AFRY”).

Evolve focuses on software development and digital services in various areas such as medtech, finance, retail and cyber security. Evolve mainly works with challenging software development projects for new digital products and domains. The company was founded in 2017. Through the acquisition of Evolve and given the company’s focus on senior digital architects and developers, AFRY strengthens its overall digital offering. Evolve’s main offer is project groups with senior competence in IT system development, including requirements specification, design, UX and testing. Setterwalls acted as legal counsel to the sellers throughout the entire transaction process.
