Setterwalls has assisted Standout Capital and the other shareholders with the divestment of Visit Group, a market leading Nordic company providing software solutions within the hospitality and travel industry, to PSG Equity.

Visit Group, with headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden, is a leading company in the Nordic region within hospitality and travel technology. Visit Group’s software solutions give approximately 2,200 customers in 25 countries the opportunity to manage and improve their operations, increase distribution of their products and package solutions for travelers.

The company had a turnover of SEK 255 million in 2023 and has 175 employees across seven countries.

The founder and management will remain significant owners alongside PSG Equity.
