Setterwalls has assisted the sellers in the sale of Beamon People AB

Setterwalls has assisted the Sellers in the sale of all shares in Beamon People AB, a consulting company that offers front edge competence and overall solutions within IT-architecture, development, strategy, user experience, visual design, quality assurance, testing and requirements. The company has around a hundred employees, of which most are consultants, and has among its customers many big actors within different lines of businesses. All shares in Beamon People AB were purchased by Alten Sverige AB.
