Setterwalls is assisting the sellers in connection with the divestment of Kraftpojkarna’s business to OKQ8

Kraftpojkarna was established in 2012 and has since become Sweden’s leading system distributor within solar energy, energy storage and charging solutions. The system solutions are provided to both private and commercial end-customers through a nationwide reselling network of energy producers, resellers, installers and contractors. To be able to continue to meet the increasing demand for renewable solar energy, the owners have decided to divest the business to OKQ8, one of Scandinavia’s largest fuel companies.

The agreement between the owners of Kraftpojkarna and OKQ8 was entered into on 1 February 2019 and the transfer is expected to be completed in March 2019.
