– The past year has been characterised by the financial uncertainty in Europe but thanks to sound Swedish national finances and stable companies and institutions, 2011 has provided a relatively active transaction market. – In ever tougher competition for client instructions, we have continued to grow and take market shares. Above all, we have experienced a lot of activity in areas such as corporate and real estate transactions, financing, infrastructure projects and tax advice, which is also reflected in our appointment of new partners.
