– The past year has been characterised by the financial uncertainty in Europe but thanks to sound Swedish national finances and stable companies and institutions, 2011 has provided a relatively active transaction market. This has led to continued demand for our advisory services across the entire spectrum of commercial law, says Joakim Edoff, CEO and Executive Partner at Setterwalls. He continues:

– In ever tougher competition for client instructions, we have continued to grow and take market shares. Above all, we have experienced a lot of activity in areas such as corporate and real estate transactions, financing, infrastructure projects and tax advice, which is also reflected in our appointment of new partners.
