Setterwalls has advised the owners of VästMark Entreprenad AB in their divestment of a majority share in the company to Storskogen Invest 3 AB

Setterwalls has advised the owners of the construction company VästMark Entreprenad AB (“VästMark”) in their divestment of a majority share in VästMark to Storskogen Invest 3 AB.

VästMark is a construction company operating in the Västra Götaland region. VästMark carries out Projects that includes sewerage, district heating, foundations and sports facilities. The company has had a very positive development in the recent years and the turnover amounts to approximately SEK 210 million. As of date, VästMark has 26 employees. Storskogen is a Swedish privately owned business group that acquires and develops small and medium sized companies, primarily in Sweden. Now that Storskogen 3 Invest AB becomes the new long-term majority owner of the company, VästMark will form part of the Storskogen Group’s Construction and Infrastructure segment which forms part of the business area “Services”.
