Daniel is a Senior Associate in Setterwalls’ IP/Tech group
Daniel advises Swedish and international clients, primarily on intellectual property, marketing law and IT law. He also works on contract law and data protection matters.
Before joining Setterwalls, Daniel served as a law clerk at the Patent and Market Court. He has also practised intellectual property law at another business law firm. His experience from both the court and private practice gives him insight into how intellectual property and marketing law issues are assessed in practice.
