Setterwalls has assisted Pamica Group AB in connection with the acquisition of Delta of Sweden AB

Setterwalls has assisted Pamica Group AB in connection with its acquisition of all the outstanding shares in the international technology company Delta of Sweden AB.

Delta of Sweden AB was founded in 1997 and has around 50 employees. The company is based in Halmstad and specialises in the development of unique creative materials that are licensed to global toy distributors and actors in the education and therapy markets.

Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel for Pamica throughout the entire transaction process.
