I assist both Swedish and foreign companies with advice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), stock market law and various types of corporate law issues.
In my daily work, I assist companies with advice in connection with, in particular, IPOs, fundraisings and general meetings. I also have experience in assisting Swedish and foreign clients with advice within company law and in conjunction with acquisitions. Further, I have experience of venture capital transactions and advice regarding the creation and implementation of incentive programs.
