I head Energy & Infrastructure and specialize in assisting Swedish and foreign clients on large and complex energy and infrastructure projects and transactions.

With more than 15 years of experience from leading law firms in London, New York, Stockholm and Copenhagen and as a Head of Legal at a global energy company, I have a unique experience from the energy, infrastructure and transport sectors in Sweden, the Nordics and internationally, in particular within the fast growing area of wind and other renewables.

I have an in-depth understanding of the particular needs and demands of clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors and legal challenges particular to the industry. This enables me to help international and domestic developers, sponsors, investors, lenders and utilities on the largest projects and transactions and most complex and challenging legal matters in the industry.

My experience covers a wide range of energy & infrastructure areas, including power & renewables, transmission and distribution, batteries, waste-to-energy, ports & terminals, pipelines, refineries, water management and logistics & transport. It includes projects, transactional and other legal matters, including M&A, finance, project development and procurement, offtake, regulatory and other contractual and legal matters as well as legislative and political aspects.
