I am a specialized adviser on energy and infrastructure projects, and have vast experience from the Swedish energy sector. Over the years, I have advised, among others, developers, institutional investors, and international financiers in relation to various types of energy assets in Sweden. I also have extensive experience in real estate law, particularly in matters concerning real property transactions.
I am often mandated to advise clients in relation to a wide range of commercial contracts with a focus on infrastructure projects, such as partnership/JV agreements, project development agreements, supply and construction contracts, grid agreements, offtake agreements, balancing agreements and power purchase agreements (PPAs).
