I work mainly with intellectual property law issues with a particular focus on trademark law and marketing law and with regulatory issues within Life Sciences.
I lead the day-to-day work of the trademark department in Malmö, which includes advice on corporate protection and commercialization of intellectual and other property. I am specialized in Life Sciences, i.a. in the pharmaceutical, medtech, and food area, and work in this area with regulatory issues, market access and marketing. I regularly assist companies in drawing up and reviewing contracts, primarily within my specialist areas and with intellectual property rights strategies and disputes.
