Jag arbetar sedan snart 20 år tillbaka med att biträda såväl privata, kommunala och statliga bolag samt kommuner i miljörättsliga frågor. Sedan 2020 ansvarar jag tillsammans med advokat Linnea Ljung för miljörätten vid Göteborgskontoret.
Jag biträder regelbundet klienter i tillståndsprövningar i mark- och miljödomstolar av större miljöfarliga verksamheter och vattenverksamheter över hela Sverige. Bland de verksamheter jag löpande bistår i dessa prövningar finns infrastrukturanläggningar såsom hamnar och flygplatser, exploateringsprojekt, avfallsanläggningar och större industrier.
I mitt arbete bistår jag även i frågor som rör miljöskadestånd, miljöbrott och arbetsmiljöfrågor och andra typer av frågor som rör tillsyn av miljöfarliga verksamheter.
Jag är en van föreläsare och håller regelbundet föreläsningar såväl i externa sammanhang som för klienter.
