Jag ansvarar för den del av Setterwalls fastighetsgrupp som arbetar med fastighetsinvesteringar och företräder såväl svenska som internationella aktörer på den svenska fastighetsmarknaden.
I mer än 20 år har jag arbetat med fastighetsrelaterade investeringar, projekt och joint ventures. Jag har varit delaktig i flera av de största och mest komplexa och uppmärksammade projekten inom dessa områden. I mitt dagliga arbete biträder jag även klienter i nyttjanderättsfrågor och speciell fastighetsrätt såsom fastighetsregleringar samt mark- och miljörätt. Många av de uppdrag jag arbetar med har en internationell dimension. Jag har omfattande erfarenhet och förståelse för verksamheter inom retail, hotell, bostäder, kontor, logistik, stadsbyggnad, vård- och omsorg m.m.
