Ola Grahn co-heads the equity capital markets team at Setterwalls. Exceeding 20 years of professional expertise within equity capital markets, corporate and M&A, Ola is highly experienced and brings a strong strategic mindset of legal as well as commercial value to clients’ businesses.
Ola assists clients with equity capital markets and company law advice in connection with IPOs, public takeovers, new issues and incentive schemes. He also regularly advises listed companies in relation to corporate governance issues and is frequently engaged as chairman at general meetings. Further, Ola has vast experience from venture capital transactions assisting both venture capital firms and entrepreneurs in connection with fundraising and exits.
