Profile

Marcus is a partner in Setterwalls’ corporate group.

Marcus has extensive experience advising issuers, investment banks and equity sponsors on both private and public transactions. His experience includes IPOs, public takeover offers, share issues and other capital markets transactions, as well as ongoing advice to listed companies and on shareholder matters. Marcus also has considerable experience of private M&A, investments and incentive programmes.

He practises in the areas of equity capital markets, corporate law, M&A and venture capital, and is a member of Setterwalls’ specialist groups for each of these fields. As part of his day-to-day practice, he advises listed and unlisted companies on capital markets and corporate law matters and regularly acts as chairman at general meetings.

Marcus lectures on prospectus matters and has contributed to publications including Securities Transactions in Europe (Thomson Reuters) and the Take Over Guide, Sweden (IBA).
